Formação de professores alfabetizadores

Abstract

Este estudo estabeleceu como objetivo analisar a formação de professores alfabetizadores do curso de Pedagogia, no Brasil, e a realidade do trabalho docente em uma escola municipal de Campo Grande/MS. Utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa-descritiva mediante levantamento bibliográfico, cujos dados analisados e tratados não se atêm apenas ao conjunto da Rede Municipal de Ensino, mas visam a mostrar o panorama do curso de pedagogia no Brasil. O estudo demonstrou que o professor é o agente responsável pela mediação do conhecimento com os educandos e sua formação inicial vem sendo questionada, mostrando a necessidade de políticas públicas que cubram os desafios colocados à escola, exigindo do trabalho educativo uma postura profissional muito superior à existente. Ao mesmo tempo, as transformações científicas e tecnológicas que ocorrem de forma acelerada solicitam das pessoas novas aprendizagens, exigindo, assim, da educação escolar, a capacidade de transformar sujeitos para viverem e conviverem nesse contexto sociocultural. A pesquisa destacou também que a grande preocupação dos professores gira em torno da alfabetização e de seus métodos.

ABSTRACT:

This study has established with the objective of analyzing the training of literacy teachers, Pedagogy course in Brazil, and the reality of the work of teaching in the municipal school in Campo Grande/MS. We used a qualitative approach to descriptive through bibliographic survey, whose data were analyzed and treated not only adheres to the local schools, but are intended to show the panorama of the pedagogy course in Brazil.The study showed that the teacher is the agent responsible for mediation of knowledge with the students and their initial training is being questioned showing the need for public policies that cover the challenges posed to the school, requiring the educational work a professional posture than already exists. Also the processing scientific and technological that occur in an accelerated manner ask of people new learnings, thus requiring the school education the ability to transform subject to live and live peacefully in this sociocultural context.The research highlighted that the major concern of teachers revolves around literacy and their methods.
