A importância do gestor educacional do século 21

Abstract

RESUMO

Este estudo, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica, busca analisar a importância do gestor e os desafios para os dirigentes, frente às mudanças provocadas por um processo de mundialização pelas redes sociais, e a evolução intensa das tecnologias que possibilitam o acesso imediato a qualquer tipo de informação, tanto dentro quanto fora das escolas, as quais influenciam a maneira de se ensinar, o comportamento e o modo de vida social dos seres humanos no século XXI. Essas mudanças são desafiadoras ao indivíduo pretenso de ser gestor das instituições educacionais e requerem dele alto nível de habilidades. Este trabalho evidencia a importância da compreensão do papel do gestor escolar e seu desempenho na construção de uma gestão que se adapte continuamente às mudanças contemporâneas, no sentido de serem mais participativas, atualizadas e que caminhem em busca da qualidade do processo ensino-aprendizagem dos integrantes da comunidade escolar.Acreditamos que existem muitos fatores que influenciam e que podem aperfeiçoar o processo de gestão escolar no século XXI, mas essencial é o comprometimento alinhado com as melhores intenções, buscando cativar tudo aquilo que pode beneficiar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem e, consequentemente, o futuro dos nossos alunos.

ABSTRACT

This study, through a bibliographical research, seeks to analyze the importance of the manager and the challenges for the leaders, facing the changes brought about by a process of globalization by social networks, and the intense evolution of the technologies that allow immediate access to any kind of information, both within and outside schools, which influence the way of teaching, behavior and social way of life of human beings in the 21st century. These changes are challenging to the individual who claims to be the manager of educational institutions and require a high level of skills. This work highlights the importance of understanding the role of the school manager and his performance in the construction of a management that adapts continuously to contemporary changes, in the sense of being more participative, updated and that walk in search of the quality of the teaching-learning process of the members of the school community. We believe that there are many factors that influence and can improve the process of school management in the 21st century, but essential is the commitment aligned with the best intentions, seeking to captivate all that can benefit the teaching-learning process and, consequently, the future of our students.
